number Right Hemisphere Society The cerebral cortex in humans is divided into two, the right hemisphere and the left hemisphere. Each hemisphere is divided into four lobes: the frontal lobe, the parietal lobe, the temporal lobe and the occipital lobe. It is scientifically proven that each of the lobes has areas that handle particular functions such as emotional expression. This paper discusses the impact of right hemisphere on majority of persons. In cases where the right hemisphere has dominance in a society, the persons will exhibit superiority in the many tasks involving the nonverbal processing.

One of their major strength will be on visual-spatial tasks such as locating a certain feature quickly in an area and also recognizing faces. Also, the individuals will have the ability to note the changes in the movement of special patterns such as changes in weather. The greater capacity to compensate for music will also be evident in such individuals (Weiten, 102). In specific frontal lobes in emotion, the contribution of the right hemisphere is different to that of left hemisphere.

The persons controlled by the right hemisphere will be sad as the right hemisphere activity is correlated with negative emotions. This will result to viewing negative stimuli in the society due to increased activation of the right hemisphere prefrontal cortex. It is evident that a society which is controlled by the right hemisphere will portray a sad facial expression and that the emotional experience will be reflected in alignment to its purpose (Freberg, 417). In conclusion, it is evident that individuals that are controlled by their right hemisphere will have a dominance of face perception, non-verbal memory, music, movement in spatial patterns and emotional expression.
