Considerable research focused on devising strategies in order to, control stress in human life. This essay will provide highlights of these strategies.
Being a responsible person, a good friend and a helpful friend, it is my ethical responsibility to guide my colleague in terms of managing stress. Therefore, I am providing some of the most effective action plans to make her able to cope with the increasing stress of life.
The first strategy of coping with stress is cognitive preparation, which allows an individual to foresee the outcome of an assignment at hand through logical analysis (Kofoworola and Alayode). In this way, it can help my colleague in mentally preparing about the most likely outcomes of the work. Because of this effort, she can alleviate stress significantly.
The second one is exercise because; it will help her in regulating body functions such as heart rate and blood pressure. Thus, it will prepare her body to withstand increasing stress (Kofoworola and Alayode). Workout is a good way of releasing tension, stress and bringing the mind to peace.
