Applications of Learning Principles Task Applications of Learning Principles Question Cognitive and affective aspects are essential elements of creativity. Cognitive creativity assesses basic knowledge, originality and perceptiveness whereas affective elements include a person’s innate curiosity, independence, humor and personality. According to Saracho (2012), affective creativity is vital in determining recurrent interpersonal issues. This is because; it determines the emotional experience that influences reasoning; thus, facilitating efficient processing of information.

Positive affects heighten intrinsic motivation and determines the logic needed for conscious judgment. Motivation is necessary in learning and deciding (Saracho, 2012). Affective creativity is more significant than cognitive learning when resolving recurrent interpersonal issues. Cognitive knowledge requires memorization of facts and terminologies when solving problems. This may not be applicable in solving social problems that occur concomitantly. Moreover, affective creativity displays consistent values acquired through the socialization process and integrated in interpersonal social expressions.

Thus, it does not require deduction of facts, rules and hypotheses applied in cognitive creativity (Saracho, 2012). Question 2Tactile learners absorb information actively by practicing or experiencing its application. They find it challenging to understand information acquired through sit-in readings and lectures. Active participation helps to engage their emotions and concentration. Each demonstration offers a greater avenue to understand and remember the teachings. Therefore, it employs learning tools, models, excursions or drama to reinforce memory (Saracho, 2012).

The human resource department does not have to integrate John under ADA. This is because kinesthetic learning is not a disability but a learning approach for people who understand things more practically than theoretically. However, people with visual, mental or hearing disabilities majorly utilize it. To harmonize learning, they can modify the presentation of the lessons. This is because one major problem with tactile learners is getting bored easily. Therefore, the instructor can devise short definitions, multiple choices, short blocks, memory games and fill-inns to encourage John to keep up with the training.
