With this definition, understanding organizational behaviour seek to foresee peoples’ attitudes and personalities to understand how they will behave. Mingling with other people especially in an organizational setting is difficult especially that we came into this world with different backgrounds, personalities and cultural values. This must fit in with other’s behaviour to ensure working together effectively and efficiently. Maintaining a healthy balance between these interactions is strategies that must be develop by the company to achieve success and to adapt to a variety of changes within and outside the company’s premises.

Imagine a company without organizational behaviour system. Employees might end up arguing for something because of the fact that they have different principles and values in life. This behaviour, if not manage properly, will be the root cause of company’s failure. We should always remember that it’s the company’s employees who deal with every costumer. The job taken by the employee whether it turned out good or bad is translated to the whole unit or system. Thus, it is always said that competitiveness and dynamism of the business can be highly dependent on employee’s behaviour towards each other and toward his work.

A company that provides enjoyable workplace both for employees and customers is said to be successful in its own way. In addition, to effectively carry-out the operating principles of the company, it is not enough that we understand organizational behaviour, most importantly; we should know its management strategies and techniques. As far as the employees are concerned, frequent communication with co-workers and with the manager is necessary to iron-out all things that seemed blocking the way towards success.

It is also relevant that proper observation of employees’ behaviour be met with considerable effort. If organizational behaviour guidelines that were set are being neglected, managers should make it a point that this will not be done again through enforcement of strict compliance. Another effective management strategy of organizational behaviour is by setting out motivation. Employees need also to be motivated in order to do his work well. Motivation could be in a form of incentives that will guarantee an employee of meeting his basic needs and goals.

Praising one’s achievement is another way of managing organizational behaviour. This will give him a sense of satisfaction with different aspects of the job including the work itself and with co-workers. Sometimes, it is also better to give an employee a chance to become a leader that will give him a chance also to identify himself not just an employee with an ordinary skills but a person with a purpose and commitment in life. Other companies need to apply methods to meet its dynamic and complex behavioural set up.

Still, others need to make researches and behavioural studies to extensively deliver business to its customers. Although companies tried their best to acquire resources needed for the full operation of the system, still, this will not contribute effectively to the success of the company if organizational behaviour will not be given due importance.
