My understanding of cultural and intellectual diversity facilitated me during the creation of the team, and as I respect every individual in terms of intellectual and academic maturity, I was able to identify specific traits that were required for the completion of particular tasks and responsibilities. For instance, one of my colleagues in the team was quite disappointed for not being the team leader and an unhappy member was a disadvantage for the team. In order to motivate him, I included him during various decision-making discussions, which provided him with emotional and professional motivation, and thus, helped our team in achieving our objectives more efficiently.Subsequently, I continued to motivate my team members at the field by participating in their work, which was necessary to evaluate them. A number of challenges were confronted, which were resolved by my academic capabilities and understanding of interests of individual members of the team.
