Topic: Teacher: Organizational Behavior and Teamwork SLP Introduction Problem solving always needs a rich mental processing and great mental skills but the process can be made easier by team work and organizational behavior. Organizational Engineering is a term which is used to refer a deeper sense of behavioral decision making of a person or a group. According to Dr. Salton Organizational Engineering views persons as data processors and teams are considered as networks to communicate data. Organizational Engineering has given rise to four strategic Processing Styles which are Reactive Stimulator, Logical Processor, Relational Innovators and Hypothetical Analyzer.

The strategic processing styles combines to give four Strategic Patterns that are Changers, Performers, Perfectors and Conservators. Affect of Strategic Processing Styles and Strategic Pattern on Communication and Decision-making at Work The four strategic processing styles are of equal value but the two strategic styles that will give the optimal results are relational innovators and hypothetical analyzer. The relational innovator is capable of producing ideas and enjoys using unconventional methods.

Hypothetical analyzer is able to resolve such problems which cannot be solved easily. The combination of these two strategic processing styles generates strategic pattern perfectors. Perfectors strategic pattern is the combination of planning and action. In perfectors strategic pattern the relational innovator has the capacity to produce new and innovative ideas and hypothetical analyzer is capacitive of analyze the idea, make changes to it or amend it and give rise to a idea that will certainly result in a profitable condition.

The whole process of this pattern generates a circle of ideas and their examination which always produces new and innovative ideas and new businesses comprising these ideas. The Perfector style is compatible where the market situations are not favorable. The combination is best for the development of new ideas as under the inspection of hypothetical analyzer, the relational innovator has got more space to always think of new ideas. The other three combinations are also helpful but in my opinion, perfector style of strategic pattern is always helpful and utilizes full performance of a team.

Teamwork is the key, through which a team can achieve its goals. The affects of the perfector style will encourage better communication between the teams and the teams will work properly, encouraging the other’s work. The teams do not interfere in the other team’s work as the work is distributed such that a team can communicate to the other team to perform to the highest level of the skills. The perfector pattern eliminates the difficulties in decision making at work as the idea is analyzed many times before it is presented.

Conclusion Among the four strategic processing styles, none of the processing style is useless but the properties and characteristics of each of the processing style can be combined to generate combined patterns. Perfector style gives a perfect scenario which give rise to the ability of a person to work individually or as a team. Perfector style gives rise to team work as the work is distributed properly. In perfector style presenting an idea is the responsibility of relational innovator and amending the idea and making it better is associated to Hypothetical analyzer.
