In Rhodes Island, he worked as senior professor at Brown University and then flew to California to serve as an education professor at Stanford University. He contributed a lot in the field of literature as he upholds an honor of having written eighteen books, numerous articles and book chapters concerning his own field of interest, i.e. business.
