Usually, professional nurses after accomplishing their degree course of study are equipped with the need of collaborating with another type of nurses for the purpose of engaging themselves in the treatment of the patients in terms of treatments and examinations to acquire the main cause of disease.

However, nurses usually work in an environment that majorly exposed to changes suitable for the provision of the best medical care for the need of the patients (Duffy, 2013). Nurses are also exposed in a continuous learning environment from the notion that once one is done with the degree his good to go .Nurses work in principal that are based upon in terms of the latest technology and medication to consider the availability of all the examinations evidence received from different study areas towards the policy required by the nursing practice council on medications .Because of these, most of the nurses are required to spend most of their time interacting with the patients on face to face basis so that they can be able to keep them at ease in offering any basic advice based on the medical condition (Fulton, Lyon, & Goudreau, n.d.). It's normally said that nurses together with other physicians cure but specifically nurses are widely known to care.

In most cases, the career of the nurses provides a variety of roles and the due care responsibility towards the patients in trying to safeguard the general condition of the patient's health. Licensed practical nurses (LPN) that bare sometimes referred to us licensed vocation nurses (LVN) are all required to finish a given standard of education with the given amount of course work in high school. At times it's well known that both the LPN/LVNs are unregistered nurses, they mostly operate under the instructions and guidance of the RN.
