There are many implications for the marketing strategy since the market is heavily segmented. This strategy is more for a standardized approach and does not cater to an individual organization. Nurse leaders do not all necessarily need a formal management position but the experience definitely.

As an individual who seeks to be a leader, this is much valuable advice because most leaders feel that they should know everything. From an individual’s perspective, it is crucial to understand that leaders have a holistic view of their goals rather than knowing every micro-detail.

Without a doubt, this sheds a lot of light on successful traits of leadership and has really allowed me to gain powerful insights on the attributes of being a leader. In the end, it is evident that these attributes allow leaders to fulfill their success and enhance the value of their organization’s brand.
