There are many implications for the marketing strategy since the market is heavily segmented. This strategy is more for a standardized approach and does not cater to an individual organization. Wesstphal, J. A. (2012) confirms that managers and nurses can be interchangeable, granted a more integrated approach is needed in order to understand and acknowledge the perspectives of all stakeholders is illogical because every case is different. Nurse leaders do not all necessarily need a formal management position but the experience definitely.

They have traits to understand the current reflective model has several aims for the young nurses to be successful. The current model aims to meet the aspirations of modern medical health care services by increasing the recruitment of nurses. One of the most critical components for these young medical professionals is to put them in an environment in which they can enhance their skill base and competencies with the hospital’s development progress. In regards to the author’s article about these attributes, I find these traits critical to any leader.

For instance, Yuki (2012)talks about how leaders are created because of their ability to look at a bigger picture. One of the key aspects I learned from this article was the fact that leaders do not always necessarily know everything, but they know how to deploy talent. I think they can go both ways but depends on the individual’s experience. As an individual who seeks to be a leader, this is much valuable advice because most leaders feel that they should know everything. From an individual’s perspective, it is crucial to understand that leaders have a holistic view of their goals rather than knowing every micro-detail.

Without a doubt, this sheds a lot of light on successful traits of leadership and has really allowed me to gain powerful insights on the attributes of being a leader. In the end, it is evident that these attributes allow leaders to fulfill their success and enhance the value of their organization’s brand.
