Hence, Olympic game events enhance young people’s learning right across the curriculum – through sport, culture and education According to Preuss and Liese (2011).

Broadly, Olympic games has a series of active learning tasks not only through classroom learning activities, but also through initiating e-learning activity that might last one lesson or go over a series of lessons provoking both psychological education of learning, physical and cognitive behavior. As a classroom activity of learning, Olympic sports elements meets the classroom activity aims and objective considering that Olympic game elicit learning acquisition, retention, as well as knowledge transfer, acquired for the young people according to Canada (2009).

For example, the classroom Olympic game events can be designed to fit the school curriculum or lesson plans compared to other world wide sporting events due to its nature, values and contents contained. For this reason, analysis and evaluation of the Olympic sporting event are important for both teachers as well as the 6 – 9 years (KS1/2) learners. The Olympic game is a unique learning tool for the 6 – 9 years KS1/2 learners as it can transform the efforts and power of the game to the language of education.

In simple terms, the Olympic game encourages learners’ diversity from a friendship and respectful values of the Olympic game into a sustainable learners’ interest in their classroom work.
