I aim at getting promoted to GS-13 level which is a managerial level position and in this position I will be sharing information, influencing others to work hard, inform others about the changes that are taking place within the organization, persuade supervisory level employees to accept the proposed changes and implement them and I even will be awarded the responsibility of maintaining discipline and resolving different conflicts that are taking place in the organization. In this level of the organization, I will have to continue using my preferred communication style which is a cooperative communication style.
