The Centre for Persons with Disabilities has a reputation of being an objective and goal oriented institution whose mission is to improve the lives of persons with disabilities as wells the affected families. Any employee’s evaluation will therefore have to fall in line with the mentioned objectives of the institution to pass for good performance. Julie Williams works at The Centre for Persons with Disabilities as a clerk in the Interdisciplinary Training Division, and she helps children with disabilities to improve their learning process, and will collect data by conducting over the phone surveys, mailing out surveys, possibly emailing surveys.
