Group Dynamics: Members of a group get numerous opportunities for interactions. This is a direct manifestation of the principle of “Group Dynamics” and implies continuously changing and adjusting relationships among its members. The core act of group dynamics is interaction among the members and this interaction is any means of communication between the members of the group. Without proper and systematic interaction, no group can function effectively and efficiently to achieve its goal and objectives.
