Any company's success depends on its employees. A satisfied employee will motivate to give their best and unsatisfied employees will not give their 100 percent, will engage himself and others in unproductive activities and if finding opportunity on another company, will leave the job. An individual’s job satisfaction could be different on intrinsic, extrinsic, and benefits. An individual's overall job satisfaction increases the chance of company success.The majority (76%) of the participants are male.

Only, 24% of the participants are female. Figure 1 shows the “tenure with the company” distribution by gender. The “tenure with company” distribution for the male is approximately the same for tenure less than 2 years (36.8%), 2 to 5 years (31.6%), and over 5 years (31.6%). The “tenure with company” distribution for the female is less than 2 years (33.3%), 2 to 5 years (16.7%), and over 5 years (50.0%). There is a chance of 63.6% that an individual will be a salaried employee whose intrinsic satisfaction value is 5 or more.

Therefore, there is a chance of 36.4%% that an individual will be a salaried employee whose intrinsic satisfaction value is less.
