My diagnosis is that Mr. White has a kidney blockage, which is confirmed by the presence of blood in the urine as well as the lower back and abdominal pain. Mr. White most likely has kidney stones.

First I would recommend some over the counter painkillers like aspirin and ibuprofen. Then I would suggest that Mr. White use a heating pad to put onto his abdomen. I would also suggest that Mr. White would take walks o help with the passing of the stone. Having elevated blood glucose levels could lead to an erectile dysfunction as the nerves and the arteries which are supposed to support blood flow to the penis could get damaged and cause sexual performance problems ( Healthy me.com). Mr. White has high blood pressure and hypertension can lead to erection problems by slowing down the flow of blood that is supplied to the penis.

The downside is that a lot of drugs that are used for high blood pressure are also bad for sexual performance but there are also drugs which may boost a mans sexual performance and these facts
