Contemporary Organizational Theory P Topic: Discuss the ways in which contemporary organizational theory can be read as criticismof Organizational theories developed in the course of the 20th century November 20, 2007 Contemporary Organizational Theory P 2 Contemporary Organizational theories began its development in 50s and still continuous until today but there is slight variation in terms of accommodating the environmental changes in environment and the behavior in organization. Nowadays this is more people-centered and at the same time organizational centered presupposing for a happy person at home and then making the worker happy in a convenient and comfortable workplace. The individual needs must not be focus in certain ways to be subsumed by means of interests in organization wherein this is more evident in the orgs of the levels in productivity considered as higher and also with sufficient working time and for playing compared to many Americans that it is proven the productivity is slight and higher while having hard time for the family and self. During the early 20th century the imperialist era started while the situation then demanded the workers of revolutionary and the new type parties are said to be capable to lead then bring the completions which was then victorious as the struggle that is against bourgeoisie preserving the rule and then set up the repressive ramification with state apparatus, the military machine which is said to be powerful and the means in economic, political and ideological for the purpose of disuniting as well s disarming with those people who are working. The workers of new type are said to be capable in order to lead the class who are working and not to be advanced as well as organized and conscious part in politics with the class considerably working but also in the organization as the highest form that directs all the proletarian organizations with all forms of struggles by the proletariat. There is also evolution of capitalism during the 20th century with pre-monopoly capitalism that becomes very imperative with the said working class raising the Contemporary Organizational Theory P 3 level of the said struggle that is against the exploitation of new forms as well as the overall intensification with the oppression of economic and political views. This is also the period that marked the struggle which is against the right line of opportunist in terms of International leadership in order to build the revolutionary parties that is proletarian capable to lead the socialist revolutions in terms of the countries classified as the capitalist imperialist and the revolutions that are said to be democratic in Asia, African and those countries who are said to Latin-American under the oppression and plunder while both the revolutionary trends may form the integral parts of the world as the revolution in socialist area as well as the organization and at the same time leading the proletariat with the toiling masses in terms of democracy and of course socialism. The struggle was then experienced on all the fronts under the CPSU leadership leading to the great victory regarding the Revolution of October while forming the Third International as well as the communist parties' formation that happened and experience all over the world which was then surrounded with the class as revolutionary and organizational mass. The adverse were said to be the real break through from the stagnant period facing the movement of revolution by the first decade of the 20th century. The trade unions was then organized as part of the said activities which was then during the period while Lenin was able to write the Trade Union Organizations considerably of tremendous value that served the development as well as the economic struggle consolidation but became very important in terms of auxiliary in agitation for politics and the organizational revolution and those right who are Contemporary Organizational Theory P 4 opportunities while the trends in revisionist may became very necessary. Though this may sprang with the working people desires in terms of the tendencies with reformist among the leaders of trade union, this is also considered as the action that is said to be vigorous, the syndicalism is known as the Marco. Due to the actions as well as adventurist may be verbiage while the syndicalists in terms of anarchy were said to be serious in the obstacle as the proper action with the trade unions in order to take the action of most trade unions with the parties of revolution while the name of autonomy is indeed the trade unions decentralization including the mutual benefits denunciation while the work in organization may be damaged while working to set up the centers of trade unions and the mutual benefits that causes damaged with the work in organization to set up the large as well as the strong centers of trade union. Most opportunists in the movement of trade union were able to proclaim the trade unions' neutrality that dissociates from or against attacks that is said to be in the proletarian parties. This is absolutely against the working class in terms of the trade unions that is without the closer association among the parties of workers with the trade unions Contemporary Organizational Theory P 5 which could not even fight in the long run and the broad scale that is against the attacks in ferocious manner. As the exploited class which was then regarded as the working class this may owe the conditions that are said to be different with those irreconcilable opponent with the order of capital. The position of most workers is then connected with the future and the society as a whole. The first thing that must be considered is the working lass association which may include the development of the said productive forces. The developmental level of the said forces may attain the capitalism that requires the private ownerships by means of production. The working class is said to be destined while carrying out the important task.
