These are some of the best moves that they need to put into the account in order to compete and create novel acts to create something new, be innovative to think of possibilities and ensure their market growth. This is clearly evident in the case of Wal-Mart, a company that is known as the scale brand. Prior to obtaining this brand success for this firm, there are specific moves that it clearly employed. This is the most interesting point that the work at hand emphasizes in great detail. There are relevant theories that could support this claim and it is important to also consider them into special accounts, so as to generate a critical stand that should support the main argument stated in this paper.
The work at hand tries to initiate a critical analysis of the above-stated firm while integrating relevant theories, frameworks, concepts and recent cases, events or developments linked to specific industry examples.
In reality or as observed by various analysts, big stores can always find favor especially in achieving big discounts, especially from their suppliers (Haig, 2011, p.73). In order to gain a competitive advantage in the competition and compete in terms of price, these big stores can afford to give low prices for their target customers but are assumed as not that sustainable at some point. This is a clear scenario depicted in the case of Wal-Mart. The firm has the opportunity to achieve this advantage towards scale.
