Author Jos Akkermans is an authority on the matters of career development programs. The other researcher namely Veerle Brenninkmeijer is an assistant professor at Utrecht University. She works in the department of social and Organizational Psychology. She has worked on the aspects of social comparison and burnout of employees. Wilmar B. Schaufeli is also the full professor of work and organizational psychology at the Utrecht University. The university is located in the Netherlands. Mr. Schaufeli is also a visiting professor at the Loughborough Business School in the United Kingdom.

He also works as a part-time organization consultant. Roland W. B. Block got his education in the subject of Clinical Philosophy at the University of Amsterdam. Mr. Blonk has a doctorate in the treatment of outcome studies. He also holds a special chair at the Utrecht University on two different research papers. The article has been published as an online article in 2014 Under Human resource management in Wiley periodicals incorporated. Thus the article can be said to be a recent article in this field (Akkermans, Brenninkmeijer, Schaufeli, and Blonk, 2014).

The article is based on the investigation into the effectiveness of a career skills program which is a career development innovation that is based on the career competencies and Jobs methodology. The aim of the new program that has been developed is to stimulate career self-management and well being of the new employees in an organization. The researchers tested the effectiveness of the program by testing the program on a homogeneous group of people. The career development of the individuals was studied by the researchers and the effectiveness of the career development programs especially the program that was tested by the researchers.

The article that is given here shows the result of the research by the researchers in the field. The article in the online source is given with the analysis of the research in the field on training and development.

Training and development is an effective and important topic; that requires careful consideration from both the industry and academics. From the industry point of view, the usefulness of the research lies in the fact that the industries spend several thousands of dollars in training their workforce every year. So they would like to have a training method in place which is effective and can train the young employees in the workplace (Oliver, 2010). Such an article provides a valuable addition and serves this essential requirement by the organizations. The article talks about a new type of training that can be used to train the young employees in the organization. The researchers are experienced in the field of research and thus the research is a valuable addition to the body of knowledge that exists in the field. The method of training that the researchers have found can be used by the industries in training the employees of the organization. The researchers claim that the method of training is effective in training the employees of the organization and increasing the performance of the employees of the organization (Goodwin, 2009). The research is also important from the industry's view because any research in these lines requires patronage from the industries. It is the industries or the government that in most cases supports the research. The industries or the government fund the research with the objective that they will be able to use the research for their future use. The research can be patented by the company and this can serve as a competitive advantage for the company.

The research is also important from the academic perspective as the research paves the way for future research in this field. Other researchers can build on the works of these researchers in order to develop better develop the model. Other researchers can focus on the research o0f these researchers and focus on the model of training that has been developed by these researchers. The model that has been developed by these researchers can be further developed by other researchers in this field in order to expand the scope of the research and rectify any fault with the model. The model that has been developed by these groups of researchers can be further developed by other groups of researchers. The research matter that has been focussed on by this current breed of researchers is a new topic in this field. The model that has been developed by the researchers is a new model in this research field and is developed by the researchers as a new branch of study.
