The question set is prepared in such as a manner that the purpose of the study has been simplified and is also easily understandable in order to make it easier for the respondents to answer the questions. The questionnaire is divided into two parts. Section A consists of personal information of the respondents after using information kiosk. Section B consists of questions on the kiosk and its access by people for different services (Georgia Tech College of Computing, n.d.).The respondents are mostly from Glasgow within the United Kingdom and mostly young people are covered, both male and female.

100 % of the respondent belong to Glasgow within the United Kingdom, 90% of them belong to the age group of 26-35 and rest 10 % belong to 36-45. 60 % of the respondents were female and the rest 40 % was male. The 60% respondents were postgraduates and 40 % of them were below the postgraduate level.To locate a shop within a mall at times is difficult but quite a few find it interesting with ample time in their hand. The kiosks installed in malls help people in their direction; the questions surveyed are regarding the location of a shop in the shopping mall.

60% of the respondents have found information kiosk helping them towards an easy access to the shops they are looking for and 46% of them felt that it is difficult in getting by using a kiosk in locating a particular shop in the shopping malls (Carter, 2005).To analyze the above findings, it is seen that the main reason for such happening is that people frequently visit the malls for shopping and find it easy to locate their branded shops by using information kiosks. Certain people visiting a shopping mall can find it difficult to locate their desired place because of the change of location of the shops and their formats within the malls.
