The study was about the marketing of a new technology device that could help improve health service delivery in a developing country of Kazakhstan. The introduction of new technology devices was necessary for the health sector, however, it was not certain how the population would react to such innovation in terms of their willingness to pay, the adoption of the innovation, and consumer reaction to the rate of the device. The first question was what were the ways that could be used to establish the device? The second question that was answered by the study was what were the potentials for marketing the device? The third question answered was, what were the optimum ways of marketing the product in that country? The fourth question was seeking answers on the correlation between technology and the economic growth of a country. The fifth question answered was what were the technological challenges that were faced in the course of establishing the device in that country? The questions were answered by the study and the results were presented in terms of graphs and figures in the report. The study was very important to a developing country such as Kazakhstan for future development. First, the study could be used as a basis for funding the country’s developmental projects by foreign investors. The results from the study could also inform the government on development priorities when allocating income to different investment plans. The study was conducted in Kazakhstan secondary data sources. Data were obtained from reports, the internet, and journals from different relevant departments. The study sampling for the study was a random sampling technique. The analysis was done using the descriptive statistics method.
