Minute Maid is an umbrella branding of the Coca Cola Company. The organization implemented several unique strategies throughout the years. In addition to this, the organization’s long term goal and vision helped to gain huge brand loyalty. The organization should maintain the similar for Minute Maid in future. Structure The Coca Cola Company should follow same organizational structure in the product development and marketing process of Minute Maid (Wilson, 2011, p.79). The organization should maintain formal organization structure and top-down communication process to ensure discipline in the reporting lines and organizational communication process for Minute Maid.
