The center of violence among school-going children is retribution. Violence does not result from a lack of values. On the contrary, they develop from a value system with the capacity to breed violence. Four strategies to resolve classroom conflicts appear in the video. Role-playing is the first of the strategies. It creates a level playing ground for conflict resolution. The second component of conflict resolution is tracking. Responsible individuals should assign pupils to track and observe various conflicts and their causes. Listening and writing the conflict complete the other two strategies.

Preparing the Youth for the Future
https://www.teachervision.com/classroom-discipline/resource/3038.html
Quite often, adults and especially parents are out of touch with what worries the youth. It makes adults fail to address problems that could generate violence. The youth resort to physical aggression and intimidation to respond to situations of acrimony. The opening move for most violent incidents among the youth is always a minor affront. The problem then escalates. Home environments and school situations offer the best areas for breeding violence among youths who know each other. Like what happens among children, at the center of youth violence is retribution. The best way is to have elements of conflict resolution incorporated into the education curricula. Among the features of the integrated program are perceptions, emotions, and communication, as well as trimming the focus to interests and not positions.
