Meeting and Time line in table or in spreadsheet format Meeting and Time line in table Date 28/March/014 Opening of TQM meeting 29/March/014 Defination of TQM Initiative 30/March/014 TQM Intuitive resource definition 31/March/014 TQM internal and external support 1/April/014 TQM Implementation Plan 2/April/014 TQM Evaluation Plan 3/April/014 TQM Continuous Performance Improvement Evaluation Some of the impacts of the meeting as well as launching of total quality management plan are that it enables an organization to build a strong relationship between employees, managers, customers and all the stakeholders. In addition, total quality plan helps organization to achieve the desired goals and objectives within the set time. Further, it provides a conducive working environment where every party contributes positively towards quality improvement. In addition, total quality plan enables the organization to be more competitive than other organizations. The major strength of a TQM plan is that it acts as guide on what to be done as well as how it will be done. Additionally, it helps to integrate people and mobilize resources used in quality improvement. On the other hand, the major weakness of the total quality plan is that providing the external stakeholders to control the TQM initiative may exposes an organization to the risk of failure because some external stakeholders may link organization data to outside forces which may act as a threat to the company. In addition, the plan gives little attention to TQM plans. This may lead to failure if care is not taken (Rotih., 2013). References America Society for Quality. (2014).Total Quality Management.
