Since the center is mainly concerned with serving its clients, all the necessary measures should be taken to ensure that the quality of service delivery is up to standard. This is the only way through which it can appeal to its clients and win their confidence. Also, it can help the center to grow and become more competitive. 2. Communication should be a key pillar in the fitness center.

As an organization, the management of Scotts Fitness Center should be keen on providing room for effective interpersonal communication. It is necessary for ensuring that the management, employees and clients communicate freely without any unnecessary barriers. So, in case of any conflict, a proper conflict resolution process should be put in place. Conflict resolution should always be encouraged because it can be of great importance to the organization especially while dealing with crises that might interfere with the progress of the centre. 3. As a business venture, the Scotts Fitness Center should be aiming at making profits.

To achieve this, the management should set achievable goals. Once such smart goals are set, every resource should be used to ensure that they are attained. It is only with adequate and effective management that the fitness center can manage to assert its existence in the market however competitive it might be. Without such goals, the center cannot manage to do anything or make any progress.
