Analysis of Grounded Theory Research Method Analysis of Grounded Theory Research Method Qualitative approach on Grounded Theory ResearchGrounded theory research involves a unified theoretical explanation for an action or a process. In this research, the participants are the individuals with experience of the process and the theory provides a further research framework (John, 2015). Grounded theory research is classified as a qualitative research. Under the qualitative design, the inquirer or researcher generates an explanation or theory of an action, a process or an interaction brought about by the view of many participants (Mangabeira, Friese and Gibbs, 2015).

In the study, the inquirer will have to generate the explanation through interaction and gathering of views from managers in employees working in different organizations (Emily, 2015). Through the application of the purpose, question and problem of the study, the inquirer will have to speak to the workers/managers or the informants of different organizations. The research will also have to collect artifacts from certain organizations (John, 2015). ReferencesMangabeira W., Friese S. and Gibbs G. R. (2015).
