I would like to concur with the argument that effective interpersonal communication is a very important skill that everyone should possess. As they explain, it can be of great benefit in determining how conducive an environment is.
In conclusion, Steven and Susan are very accurate in the manner they discuss communication. The whole chapter is equipped with viable information which can be of great importance when understanding exactly what communication is. As the authors emphasize, everyone must have listening skills. This is the most fundamental skill which everyone should have. Once they can learn to listen to one another, it will be much more possible for them to understand one another and be able to speak in one voice as they strive to accomplish a common goal. Read More
