Employee Reaction Is your current compensation plan adequate for you? The current compensation package is not enough because there are still some areas which ought to be addressed. An example in this case is the issue of bonuses and overtime pay. This is not well considered by the organization.
2. What are the aspects that should be considered when coming up with employee compensation packages?
The type and quality of work which is associated with a particular employee are among the most important things which ought to be considered when coming up with a pay package for the employees. There are also other factors which in this case include the economy, which also have to be factored in (WorldAtWork, 2007). additional work for the employees is also the other thing which ought to be well looked at.
3. What are some of the considerations in determining the remuneration plan for employees?
The level of innovation comes into focus in this case. The more innovative an employee is at the workplace, the greater the chance that he or she will be a valuable asset to the organization. In this case, the compensation for such an individual will be high. This is for the purpose of maintaining them. This is especially bearing in mind that other organizations may be looking for such individuals and offer them even greater pay packages (WorldAtWork, 2007).
4. What information is relevant in the course of job analysis and evaluation?
The requirements of the job ought to be clearly highlighted. This is especially in the case of the employees. For this reason, the employees will apply for job positions while knowing what is in store especially in the case of their compensation. At times there is the issue of signing up for a job without the knowledge of what the implications of the job are.
5. Is it relevant for employees to state the amount of compensation they would like? To a greater extent it would be relevant. This is because it is the employees who know how much work they have to do and what is in store in the course of their duties. However, in most cases, the quoted figure would be high. For this reason, the management ought to negotiate with the employees on matters to do with compensation until a valid figure is reached (WorldAtWork, 2007).

According to my perception, the gas chambers have holes that are indicative of the fact that these holes were employed for discharging the gas Zyklon B from outside. Ceilings of the gas chambers were used for discharging the gas inside the chambers. After World War II, changes were made, as the gas chambers are not in its original form. They are reconstructed. They are not fully representing the extremity of their homicide capability, The doors at the time of killing were made airtight while after World War II, there were new doors placed, which were not airtight. In my opinion, the number...

...? The speech given by Benjamin Freedman talks about what really happened during World War I and World War II and how Jews lied to get nations into the massive wars not only once but twice. He says that both of these tragic wars happened because of the Zionists and how their propaganda to keep their businesses thriving led to killings. It was meant to be an eye-opener for those in the audience as he said that no one believed him the first time that he argued his point in front of people. It was also meant to be a warning to prevent a third World War. Such being his objective, then he has so far succeeded. That he was a former Jew and an insider makes what he is saying believable. There is no doubt that there are things about... The speech...

... Judea Declares War on Germany and Freedman’s Speech It is ironic to learn that certain circumstances in history had happened because people allowed them to. It is very sad to realize that the Holocaust was not mainly an evil act by the Germans; rather, it started as an act of defense against nations that collaborated against it. These are the ideas I have formed after reading two intriguing articles –Judea’s declaration of war against Germany and Freedman’s speech. Thanks to the information superhighway, students like me can access such documents that have historical significance. Upon reading Judea’s move against Germany, I find it strange because what has been impressed upon me is that Germany was always on the offensive side... Judea...

...in response to the negative behavior portrayed by the employees. In fact, if the problem is not addressed in a timely manner there are high chances of escalation. On the other hand, as a manager it is wise to understand that an employee may have no idea that their behaviors are causing problems such as a negative reaction from others. In this case, these employees consider the negative reaction to being a form of frustration in their working place. In addition, there is a need to speak up in case there is a problem, and the manager has the responsibility of taking the necessary action to solve the problem. Supervisory role-play does affect employee emotional well-being due to various factors, i.e. the fact that supervisors do directly evaluate employee performance level, especially during their interactions; and that employees are more effective if there is a level of personal autonomy that is limited by the presence of supervisors. As Judge and Ilies (2004) aver, in working environments where optimal leadership is lacking, employee reaction to supervision may be negative given the...

...487 words Reaction on The Stamp Act Crisis It’s hard not to notice how controversially The Stamp Act is perceived by representatives of the Crown and by American colonial opposition. To my mind, the key point of the present crisis comes from a different opinion on what policy the kingdom of Great-Britain should provide to not suppress American Colonies’ constitutional Rights and Liberties as of subjects of the Empire while acting in the best interests of the Empire. If looking from a recent historical point of view, concerns of American colonial opposition seem to be fair. It’s almost obvious, that situation has changed greatly after the French and Indian war. The Empire needs to fulfill its resources and looking for...

The background is a broad concept whose constitution ranges from character to academic merits. Since the five employees will be working in key positions where they will privy to vital information and strategy, and considering that they will be recruited from our rivals, they must be of good moral and ethical character.
