Insecurity in the international system Contents Introduction 3 Discussion 3 Conclusion 9 References 10 Introduction failure has resulted in theinternational insecurity. The features of the failed states establish the relation with the main habitat which the terrorist organization generally maintains. There are mainly four qualities that the organization in the state strives for. Firstly it is required that the state must possess a well develop existing infrastructure which facilitates the organization to conduct some basic functions. Secondly it must have the facility of easy access of the local resources that are required to fund the income. Moreover the social features of the communities are vulnerable to the organization. The features or the characteristics of the failed states mainly establish correlation with the various characteristics that the terrorist mainly aim to seek. Therefore the state failure is considered as a source of insecurity globally. The nature of the failed states mainly results to the transitional security threats that leads to piracy, refugee flows, terrorism, conflict spill over that has the capacity not only destabilize the region but also destabilize the international system. Presently the state failure is considered as the important source of security (Conway, p. 213). Discussion Conflict and resolution: In Industrial relation the balance of power mainly includes conflict and the threat of reality. The conflict is often found among the politicians, diplomats and the scholars in order to analyze the workings related to the establishment of the relation between the states. The increase in the risk arising due to nuclear war and the power that involves the actual war is mainly witnessed by the occurrence of war. The nuclear conflict can be started due to error and the introduction of nuclear weapon makes it more favourable. The resolution mainly compelled the member states to increase the representation of the military decisions and the woman in the political security and solving the issues at the national and the international levels. The resolution mainly includes and involves the recommendations and the advice in order to increase the involvement of the number of women in the peace making missions of United Nations including all the parties that are involved in the conflict and taking special and adequate measures in protecting the gender related violence between girls and women’s particularly the issues related to rape and abusing sexually and prosecuting the perpetrators for the states related to such abuse. Order and Disorder in the International System: The International order mainly deals with the power and the fear. The anarchy does not signify or resembles the disorder or chaos. To consider whether the anarchical state as a system is ordered or disordered mainly depends or focuses on the realist theory and the workings of the balance of power. Militarising the men and the women is very important for understanding various issues related to security. War is considered as the result or the outcome of the decisions related to political, military level, diplomatic and elite in order to support the individual men and women, participate and support various activities and to oppose the war fighting. Militarising deals with the issues of the individuals beyond conflict. It mainly focuses and emphasizes on the on the peace time related to cultural, economic, political and social process that will lead to the creation of conditions that mainly encourages the individual men and women to join the militaries of state and supporting the foreign policies of the state. The key theory of International Relation is Securitization theory and Feminist theory. Security in terms of emancipation deals with providing changes in terms of providing security and safeguarding the individuals, communities and the states. Therefore a close relation is developed between the idea of human security and the approaches that mainly challenge the priority that is provided to the national and human security. Securitization Theory mainly known as the linguistic turn in case of the social science and shares some important characteristics in the post structuralism approach. In case of the securitization theory the main or the important elements are securitizing actors and the significant audiences. The securitizing acts mainly involve or include the performance of the speeches, images and the security text (Waever, 1995). Analyzing the issues related to security expresses with the language or the expression of security. Securitization as a theory mainly focuses on the performative approach. The descriptive approach in case of the securitization theory includes the application of the language in order to understand the speech and the activities that exist either in reality or outside the language (Huysmans and Conway, 2013, p. 273). Feminist International Theory is applicable in case of the industrial relation. The main objective or the aim of the Industrial relation theory is highlighting and providing importance on the gender relation and the various activities in relation to the Industrial relation theory and the reality that exist in case of the international politics. The most important and the vital focus or the importance is on the working of the feminist in case of the industrial relation and the interest shown towards the lives of the women and the experiences gained towards understanding differently industrial politics. The structural realist and the general realist identifies and evaluates the state power, state and the interstate relation as the main and the important focus for understanding different issues in relation to the industrial relation. The feminist mainly identifies the three important and the critical aspects. Firstly the feminist is required in maintaining the importance by the realist which the state fails to maintain and the way in which the feminist is gendered and the way in which the gender act internationally. Secondly the feminist are looking towards the operation of the state and the power derived from the society. Thirdly the feminist are mainly interested and eager in the operation and functioning of the foreign policies of the state and they are gendered in a specific way. Therefore the feminist are very critical towards the approaches that consider the state as a coherent, unitary and the rational actor that are mainly critical towards the theories that are developed towards the blindness of the gender in general (Booth, 1991, p. 326). The Industrial Relation deals with various ways in challenging the various approaches. CSS mainly focuses on the issue related to the various assumptions related to the security. The CSS mainly deals with the various issues related to the assumption of the state in case of the state and the security beyond the interaction of the military and the threat due to war. The security mainly prioritizes on the various security needs of the individuals as well as the group. The feminist approach mainly works on the challenges towards maintaining discipline of the Industrial Relation. The CSS and the feminism establish the approaches within the theory related to Industrial Relation. Particularly feminism is not properly accepted in full or in case of the world wide (Cohn, 1987, p. 718). In spite of the developing call for the new models in case of the politics that is explained in terms of the decision related to the real world and the theory that incorporates the industrial relations and the assumptions that are rationalist in nature. The scholars mainly hedge such assumptions in order to produce or develop theoretical structures. Presently various attempts are identified for deploying the prospect of the theory in relation to the international politics that are consistent with the models that explains the political behaviour. However various attempts have been made in the past for emphasizing the comparison of the prospect theory individually together with the choice that is opted rationally at the cost of the deductive theory. The analysis therefore explains the prospect theory which can develop the deductive models for undertaking comparison with those that is manufactured already in case of the rational choice. This results in the formation and establishment of new proposition in relation to the international politics that is guided in relation to the actual capacities of human actors (Bromley, 1948, p. 199). The international politics is considered as the important concept of the international system and it is mainly applied in two ways that is historically and analytically. The analytical theories of the international system are considered in scientific terms but the attempts related to this theory are not successful due to the difficulties in the formulation and implication of the methodologies. The balance of power system is considered in case of the international system but it cannot be considered in a scientific way or manner. The economic aspect of this system mainly highlights or focuses on the world system that is interchangeable together with the capitalist world in the economic system (Hume, 1994). The analysis can be done on the basis of the three parameters such as idealism, realism and Marxism. Idealism mainly focuses on Individual and it deals with the moral principles related to the translation of the nation. Realism mainly focuses on state and it deals with the translation or conversion of the power of state into the interest of the state nationally. Marxism mainly focuses on the class society in which the nations are divided in terms of the means of production. Marxism and Leninism mainly focus on the financing of capital and it deals with the various classes by which the richest nation of the world. Neorealism mainly focuses on the international system and it deals with classical realism that establishes the relation between the states. Neoidealism focuses on the international system that establishes the notion of peace in case of the international politics. The Marxist and the neo Marxist in relation to the international relation theories mainly deals with the state of conflict and cooperation and also focusing and providing importance on the various material and economic aspects. Apart from focusing on the material and the economic aspects it mainly supports and reveals the various economic aspects that allow the elevation of the class. The criticism is that the liberals and the realist mainly criticize on the conflicting theories of Marx in regards to the consequential and ideological reasons. Marxist elevation in case of the class conflict is considered as the most important and the significant aspect in relation to the human life and also understanding the key concept in relation to the history and behaviour of the human being. The rival accounts in the International security mainly deals with the insecurity, war and gender this is developed by observing the insecurity of the women at times of war and the sexual violence that is faced by the women, the insecurity in relation to the gender and nationalism is militarising the men and the women which mainly deals with the societal aspect which is concerned with the consent in the production and the war fighting in terms of the militarization. The security in case of the women and feminity deals with the various aspects related to the active participation of the women, the security related to the men this mainly deals with the violence that is faced by the men the relationship between men and masculinity. And the Critical security studies that mainly deals with the aspects in relation to the widening of the security which includes emancipation of the security, securitization of the security and also the feminist theory (Connell, 1995). Conclusion The international relation security is a process of protecting the state against the other states. An agreement has been entered by Russia, Iran, Western States and China with the aim of breaking long diplomatic deadlock over the nuclear programme of Iran. The critical security studies are a part of the large sub field of Industrial relation. It has mainly three branches which include securitization theory, widening security and emancipation of security. Therefore the global governance and the international regime are considered as an important aspect in case of the international system. The changes mainly reflect the transformation or the conversion in the process related to the international relation in the international society. Marxist theory is mainly based on dependency and it argues with the fact that the developed countries provides penetration to the developing states through the various political advisors , missionaries, multinational corporations and the experts in order to integrate and correlate the capitalist system for providing proper natural resources and promoting the dependency of the developing countries over the developed countries.
