Testimonial and Non-Testimonial Evidence Response to Deborah Bradely In any court of law, testimonial and non-testimonialevidence play an important role in the conviction of a crime victim in addition to it making the affected person feel that at least justice has prevailed. In most cases, testimonial evidences are the ones used due to their legitimacy, although non-testimonial evidences are also used in courts but not as much as testimonial. This is because in most cases, non-testimonial evidences are not reliable since there is normally a high chance of foul play (Gardner & Anderson 201).

In Mathew 27, arraigning of Jesus before Pontius Pilate was due to numerous accusations such as blasphemy and working on the Sabbath. However, he had no chance to make any comment on the allegations against him considering he was the victim of the day. Without any testimonies from witness, passing of judgment took place whereby unanimously majority agreed his actions qualified him to die through crucifying. Just like in Jesus’ case, the woman did not have a chance to explain herself despite holding onto solid proof regarding the former husband trailing her, hence prompting the victim fear her life but little in ensuring safety took place.

Response to Naathan Perry Non-testimonial evidence, apart from playing an important and dramatic role especially in advocate cases, I think it also quite a probative when it comes to the value of evidence. The only issues that makes non-testimonial evidence complex is because it requires more than probative value to convince the jury that the case is worth pursuing (“NLRG”). It is because of this reason I believe the woman in question people failed to take him seriously even after providing photographs and texts stating that her former husband was still on her trail.
