The culture found in this organization is too diverse; it embraces people belonging to different cultures and regions and gives them a single and similar identity of Team Google. This significant forte did not stop after Google's invasion over information technology. The substantial benefit of this culture is the fact that this environment promotes talents and genius regardless of ethnic and racial discriminations, which in turn results in maximum output for the employees. However, there is a potential risk of conflicts within the organization because of the non-existence of any control hierarchy (Google, 2010).

The SWOT analysis is a detrimental factor in deciding the business strategies of any organization and it is the case with Google as well. The strengths of this organization involve good reputation and user personalized features, and the advertisement and value-added services. Weaknesses include diversity and numerous deadlocks in various researches. The opportunities are easy starting and learning, achieving the latest information, and usage of undivided content. The threats involve the issues related to censoring different information and disarray of users or searchers.

The core competencies in Google's way include relevancy in creating advertisements and a monolithic network of URLs by effectively utilizing the Google Adsense program and the strategies related to double-clicking. This is the main reason for the fact that Google's core competencies are nontransferable to media that is not online. In the BCG matrix, Google is the proud owner of the products and applications that involve search engines, business software, sources of income, stars, question marks, and Google-mail.

The adaptive strategy of Google is to promote users and searchers for upgrading and ignoring Internet Explorer. This is the main reason for Google encouraging Chrome and Firefox. Moreover, for users who are working on previous versions of IE the strategy is to encourage them to use the latest versions in order to ensure quality service. The current strategy of Google is very significant as it holds the credit for being the most used engine in the entire world. It provides links to different sources in order to meet up with the user's requirements.

The company established itself in 1998 and has progressed at an exponential rate since then. Customer satisfaction and quality service remain the basic objective of Google in every phase of progress.The searching process is quicker and easy with the option of a Google toolbar that works in all types of computers and mobile phones having internet facilities. The AdWord service ensures the exchange of information related to different products in an organized and rapid manner (Burge, 2008). The rapid progress of Google after the acquirement of YouTube and Google Earth has made the world wonder in the real sense of the word.

Google offers numerous programs to encourage brilliant people around the world. Searching options, email options and supporting tools, mobile interfacing has also undergone rapid advancement that has changed the business world completely (Google, 2010).The user-friendly and quick search is the main objective at Google along with the availability of relevant content. Google has always provided the best of services ever since the beginning of its operation and now it has increased functioning and operation on every device having internet.

Though advertisement is the only revenue source still the overloading and irrelevant ads do not have any place at the Google search page. It provides different searching options that allow the user to narrow the search results available in different languages. Along with the friendly and encouraging environment, Google greatly emphasizes the cause of effective and efficient search and this is the main reason Google always performing beyond expectations (Google, 2010).
