There are problems develops due to issues like the overall referral, and evaluation, and failure of using the acceptable information technology. These issues develop issues such as the organization culture, social, scientific principles, and business transformation principles. The problems that develop through this acknowledges more in issues regarding child protection. The various technological innovation approaches aid us in helping us understand the existing relationships and interactions between the information systems and the information system experts. Good understanding of these interactions will help us show the various approaches applied, contribute to an evidence base, and also the future development of the information systems. Importance of understanding this relationship is to help the information system users enhance their ability and discover their needs. This has increased to an increment in management of the risks accrued to children especially in the western societies. However, attempts to enhance safety, through formalizing organizational methods and implementation of the information systems incorporate opposing views. A relevant principle of the social technical is within the philosophical values and premises. This greatly depends on the level of participation. Participation involves co-ordination of the process that exists between information systems experts and the other people at large. The existing interaction of the two parties involved leads to an innovation of an effective organization design. Respect and considerations of all the people involved is crucial for the development of the project. Design is also another principle in the social technical. Design divides into two, that is, constrain free design and the compatibility design. If the design is constructive participative process, the information system team considers individual creativity for a successful project. The relevance of this is that it is flexible and faster in response to the requirements and assignment. This allows a faster response to changes by reassigning the different tasks. Continuity is another principle in the social technical systems. Continuity principle in social technical systems enhances structure, participation, and innovation. Continuance deeply involves experimentation and learning. Therefore, also the cooperation between the information system experts and the social technical principles play a critical role during the process of designing, and also in management of the business environment. However, the rapid changes in the business world, and also the new markets emergence is a challenge in managing and coordination of the business environment. Global information system incorporates financial transactions, coordination of operations and in logistics and customer care hence enabling worldwide expansions and development. Therefore, managers should involve the concept of social technical. This helps manager implement a strong interaction between technical aspects and other departments. Social technical approach recommends the participation of all the people including the low level groups in decision making process. However, risk is the most challenging in success of most companies, and hence should try to reduce the probability of any form of loss. Organization need information system to enhance data flow across the whole organization cost implementation for the success of the information systems. The examination of the organizational and cultural concepts brings out themes that explain the variables in order to give detailed guidance of the organization. Culture is also a basis for any organization and is a trend followed by the organization members. Using comparative management as a study, we identify the various implications for the effectiveness of the organization. Another aspect of culture is the corporate culture. According to corporate culture, culture is an organization variable within the organization. Culture is a production of organization and includes the rituals brought about by the cultural aspects of the organization. This is what determines the level of commitment and performance of the organization. An efficient organization culture brings about an enhanced understanding between the members of the organization. The perception to these genetic differences emerges with relation to how people relates with each other. There is the cognitive perspective of the culture. Here, culture involves incorporation of learned codes for acting and perceiving. People share their different culture with other members of the organization. This helps in gaining the understanding, relevant aspects of other people culture. There is a range of relationship between information systems and culture in different organizations, and much of these analysis aims at satisfying organization levels. Insufficient relationship between culture and information systems leads to unfitness between the organization cultures. Organization culture incorporates different research in public. The organization culture comes from different themes around the world with an aim of combining them so as to meet the goals of the organization. Organization culture research also reflects the technical, practical and acknowledges interests that reflect on the ultimate culture embraced by the organization. The organization culture if embraced efficiently can increase unity among members of the organization, which will in turn be efficient in production. Information systems significantly affect the organization activities. The information systems employed help in increasing of productivity of the organization. However, there is a cost that goes with the installation, and running, and in terms of embracing the human labour required to run these systems. An organization that does not have a proper information system will have the risks of business failure due to unexpected triggers in the market. There will be no connection between the activities carried out and the results derived from those activities. Prescription of the risks that arise from the different system used should be put into account as they determine the future of the organization.
