Next, we will offer some suggestions on managing three phases of the training process, and broadly discuss the ways to maximize and evaluate training effectiveness. The better evaluation could check the perversions, ineffectiveness, and excessive costs of many training programs. We will discuss the evaluation phase of the training process in detail. Evaluation of training is one of the most difficult jobs in training. So we will discuss further that what are the various ways to evaluate training in the organizations.

Further, we will explore various academic developments in the field of training evaluation techniques and effectiveness as well as its effect on the organization. We will mainly discuss the evaluation of training in respect to different stakeholders perception so that we can look at the topic holistically. Finally, we will discuss the emerging trends in the field of training evaluation in the organizations. Introduction: The continued need for individual and organizational development can be traced to numerous demands, including maintaining superiority in the marketplace, enhancing employee skills and knowledge, and increasing productivity.

Training is one of the most pervasive methods for enhancing the productivity of individuals and communicating organizational goals to new personnel. Training typically focuses on providing employees with specific skills or helping them correct deficiencies in their performances. Training and retraining are going on in many more institutions and in many more connections than before such as new technologies and other areas. Massive and continuing escalation in spending has been the proof that training results in notably improved performances by individuals and organizations, indeed by whole sectors and governments.

Given the massive expenditure on training, surprisingly little-determined effort is directed towards tracing it, let alone making training solid and reliable.
