Task “Human Resource Exactly what does ISO 14000 accomplish? Your answer should be 35 words or less. This standard helps in addressing diverse aspects of environmental management. It provides visible instruments for organizations and companies that intends to identify and take control of their environmental impact and constantly improve their environmental performance (Iso 14000: International Environmental Management Standards, 13).2. In your own words, explain why the feedback loop is so important to continuous performance improvement or total quality management?

Please provide at least one example that you are aware of while employed as a worker or from your work as a volunteer.Total Quality Management refers to an effort that involves each organization in the industry in a bid to improve the overall performance of a firm. The feedback loop plays a fundamental role in quality control. It works on the principle that products are the upshot of the process, consequently concentrates on the process and authenticates its consistency through a sensor, which regularly measures the process and provides a feedback to the mechanism known as umpire.

The Umpire’s work is to compare the standard objectives of performance (Bill, 21) 3. What are the three types of processes? Provide examples of your own making of each of the processes.1. Imagine you just completed your undergraduate or graduate degree at ISU and you landed your dream job. Your immediate superior indicates that a needs analysis reveals employees are not using recently acquired competencies taught in expensive training programs.

Approximately 4,500 employees were trained at six company locations throughout America. Your superior asks you to investigate the problem using research methodology you said you acquired in your HRD 468/568 Continuous Performance Improvement class. Describe how you would gather data, that is what method or methodology would you employ to determine the facts, and perhaps, analyze data and design a successful intervention. NOTE: Correct answers are valued at 10 points. An exploratory research will be the most appropriate in this situation.

It will involve conducting a focus group interviews on the reasons that makes the employees avoid embracing the recently acquired competencies. Well-structured questionnaires should be used to get the employees’ views. The employees will be subdivided into focus groups, which will be based on the departmental levels. This research methodology will help in identifying the primary issues and variables and provide a foundation for more extensive subsequent researches. Upon gathering the data, a qualitative approach of analysis will be used to investigate the data.

Then appropriate conclusions shall be made based on the data’s reflection. 5. Many U.S. and some foreign organizations initially ignored worldwide standards that established requirements for the management of quality. What influenced these organizations to adopt and/or utilize these standards? The companies feared to be delisted from the world’s profitable stock market exchanges and enhance harmonization of their operations for a feasible investment decision making.
