Can you think of any other reasons which are not (dis)satisfaction-based?No, according to me the job satisfaction based model is not sufficient to explain why people leave. Other reasons for dissatisfaction may be jealousy from his peers who are at better profile or friends who are in better company. Family pressure which compels an employee of thinking of joining family business etc.

He might be actually satisfied with work but if no one encourages him or appreciates his work and efforts he will leave.
