What were the idealistic qualities of communism…? If any political system is ideal, it cannot be Communism. However, this philosophy progressed through several stages. In principle it was the revolutionary philosophy that propounded the dictatorship of the proletariat.

The mode of representation in the American system of governance is based on state boundaries and apportionment of the representatives is limited to a total number of 435 representatives where each state is guaranteed at least one representative (Miler, 2010). The system of apportionment, which is based on population, was meant to bring about equal representation of the citizens in the House of Representatives.

Not to mention that several Confederate Generals believed that if they continued to fight they might still have some impact on the nature and terms of any Southern surrender. The war continued on, essentially with the Union chasing the Confederate forces, east and west. Grant’s forces were specifically focused east to Lee’s forces, starting in March of 1864.

No African origin was ever as prominent slaveholders as they later became. Such goals led to the improvement of European economies.

The government should just reduce the standards of living of elected politicians. They should accept salary cuts, and the money saved should be used for alleviating the problems in the electorate; it is funny how increased taxation makes the citizens poorer.
