June 8, Health Promotion Reflective Piece Question’s Personal Response Healthcare is a service activity. As an enthusiastic medical volunteer in Kyrgysztan, I was immersed in a real life service activity. With my prior class lessons correctly enhanced my current healthcare knowledge, my volunteer group successfully hurdled numerous healthcare education hurdles. The members of society rightfully contribute to the reducing disease statistics, and improving the population’s current health condition (Sines, 2009).

With the scarcity of healthcare resources, my Kyrgyzstan volunteer team effectively delivered healthcare services to the budget-strapped poor patients. Space was restrictively limited. Healthcare equipments were unfavorably lacking. There was a shortage of volunteer staff, leading to my group’s burn-out possibilities. Time constraint reduced healthcare delivery quality. However, such limitations further honed my leadership skills. Further, the World Health Organization rightfully spearheads the global healthcare process.

The organization ensures stopping any disorder. The same organization focuses on improving the global population’s health issues. The organization helps alleviate or reduce the world’s disability statistics. Global health transcends the other concerns of each member nation (Sines, 2009). Furthermore, public health correctly incorporates several intervention processes (Sines, 2009). Disease is prevented from escalating or erupting. The average person’s life expectancy is increase. My Kyrgyztan volunteer team’s limited time, equipment, and other resources did not deter our successful delivery of quality services to our assigned patients.

My team effectively delivered timely intervention strategies by framing each patient’s problem or issue, gathering of relevant evidences and related intervention data (patients’ daily data tracking charts and corresponding reports), and implementing the best intervention procedures within the limited time constraints. Moreover, health care theories are important (Sines, 2009). For example, the social cognitive theory rightfully focuses on learning from other people through observations and lectures.

The health belief model correctly centers on the using the patients’ beliefs and attitudes to predict the patients’ future healthcare behavior. Lastly, I applied the change theory correctly enhance delivery of healthcare services to my Kyrgyzstan patients. Further, I liked the program planning cycle. I keenly applied the planning cycle when assessing my Kyrgyzstan patients’ healthcare needs, including helping in the government’s reducing tobacco-related communicable diseases. I rightfully applied the concept’s timely implementation of the Kyrgyzstan patients’ healthcare intervention activities by persuading patients to stop smoking.

I rightfully implemented the evaluation phase results to correctly improve my Kyrgyzstan patients’ health conditions (Sines, 2009).Furthermore, the policy process rightfully incorporates several important health-related phases (Sines, 2009). I coordinated with my group’s other team members to hasten the delivery of quality healthcare intervention. Next, I consulted with the patients’ families to hasten the patients’ recovery. I applied timely decisions that led to my team’s successful rehabilitation of the Kyrgyzstan patients.

Lastly, I evaluated the effectiveness and quality of my Kyrgyzstan volunteer group’s healthcare intervention steps as successful. Moreover, better healthcare results correctly require the contribution of all concerned stakeholders (Sines, 2009). I successfully persuaded the patients’ families to contribute to the hastening of the patients’ recovery and comfort. My leadership, perseverance and hard work during my Kyrgyzstan volunteer assignment favorably contributed to my group’s delivery of more effective patient-tailored quality healthcare services as the patient recovery paces increased.

ConclusionBased on the above discussion, healthcare is global responsibility. Governments must allocate funds and resources to reduce global illness issues. The cooperation of the Kyrgyzstan’s patients and family members hasten the healing process. Evidently, both my continuing health promotion classroom lectures and duty experiences contributed to my Kyrgyzstan volunteer team’s fruitful delivery of high quality patient-based nursing care intervention services to the local mostly poor patients.
