The position is published due to the internal promotion strategy and provides the best opportunity for a person to grow in the field of Human resources. The primal nature of this job is to carry out develop and suggest human resources strategies and plan to use the available human capital in the best possible way to get maximum business outcome. We are consumer focused and therefore we continuously improve the quality, look, feel and image of our products and our organizational structures to match and exceed consumer expectations and to provide them with the highest value’’ Job Requirement and Purpose of the Company The job requirement to occupy this position is that, the individual should be efficient in communicative skills at all levels and also should have high standards of leadership and management skills. Moreover, the candidate should hold a degree in human resources management or in any other discipline to be eligible to undertake this challenging position.

The candidate should be an expert in consulting, providing business solutions and other major issues related with human resources department. He should have proven record in management of internal stake holder ship and should aim primarily at customer satisfaction factor. The company also value if the candidate is previously experienced in the area of worker’s compensation and training and development sector. “A Human resource manager must be aware of local, state and federal employment guidelines, manage payroll issues, maintain employee records, complete and record insurance and other programs related to employees and also should understand and evaluating the participation in these programs.

” (Laureant & brenton,2009).Adidas, being a corporate giant deals in diverse range of sports products and equipments. They are very committed company with a wide range of clientele across the globe and hold a high reputation among world business leaders. They offer the best quality products and have unique goodwill in the market. They are the pioneers in providing the best sport brands which are of superior quality. They are closely connected with major sports events held on global level and sponsor the best sports personalities in the world.

Type of people and work in the organization Adidas, being a huge corporate has different types of professional working in the organization. In this organization called Adidas group there are consultants, administrative staffs, managers, accountants, consultant and high skilled professionals. Every need of clients and candidates are taken care by specific staffs with proficiency in specific job roles. The company has temporary and permanent staff and additional to this have executives and accountants.

The company also has employees such as HR administrators, team assistants, customer service operators and data entry operators. Moreover the company has legal professionals, accountants for payables and receivable and, departmental heads, consultants and other management experts. The working process of the company is not very different from any other multinational company .However; the company has their own strategies and policies to work with and wants their employees
