Descriptive writing: Pterois: The marine fish, Pterois, commonly referred to as sea lion, refer to a genus of fish with certain features. For many that first see this fish, many can marvel at the attractive nature it possesses. Pterois is a fish that got bands of red, white and black stripped all over its body. From a surface appearance, one would get the impression of looking at a bushy colored fish. In close observation of the fish, one always marvels at the fin arrangement the fish possesses. The fish has elongated fins that got numerous projections especially around the head. In addition, its pectoral fins appear to be longer than the rest of the body of the fish. Furthermore, its pelvic fin, dorsal fin and dorsal fin have spikes that got colored. This fish seems to have a fright response by raising its spines like that of a porcupine when faced with dangerous situations (Davis & Davis 37). However, the facial features of a lionfish do dot match the beauty of their bodies. For instance, their eyes are like tiny, dark marbles placed high at the top of their heads. The fish has a large mouth to help its feeding habits. The shape of the mouth and its size give it a bulldog appearance and the impression that it is always angry. The fact that fish lack eyelids does not mitigate this appearance. Playing with my pet dogs I am in love with animals. One of the animals that I love most is man’s best companion, a dog. At home, I have 2 dogs named, Kitty and Patty. These pet dogs are the most magnificent animals I have ever reared ever since I was a child. I love playing with both dogs during my free time. Spending my day during free time playing with these two lovely dogs is my hobby. During the weekend and free times after school, I always take my time to play with my dogs around the homestead or in a park around the place I live. Kitty is a brown and black female aseshian dog. It is roughly 3.2 feet in length and stout in appearance. In addition, it constantly has sharp, pointed ears that always face straight above its head. I always marvel at how attentive it looks while playing with it. Furthermore, its brownish limbs always marvel because of its strength and swiftness to pounce on any ball that i throw at it during playing. Having acquired the pets while still 4 months of age, the playful pet makes happy moments for me. Patty, on the other hand, is a brother to kitty and i acquired them at the same time. Patty is a male aseshian pet with the built of a masculine creature. It is roughly 0.7 feet taller than kitty and lengthwise too. It is strongly built with strong jaws evident from the strong grip it often has on items that I throw for it during playing. Compared to Kitty, it is faster in speed when the two pets compete for a ball and always alert on any voices around it. Sometimes, it often barks loudly on spotting strange faces around it and often swings to action in defence when approached by other dogs. I always like its protective nature. Kitty and Petty form an excellent team while playing with them. In having similar colours and nearly the same physique, one would mistake them for twin dogs. Spending my free time with these two pet dogs always completes my day. I always feel sad during times when I travel to places without them as I feel as though a part of me is missing. Seeing their happy faces as they jump around playing with items, barking, running around at full speed and chasing items often makes me jovial. In conclusion, ever since I acquired these two lovely pets, my life took a turn as I concentrate fully in ensuring they got the best out of being man’s best friend. My hobby has since then been playing with them and ensuring a bond has been created. Every day as I wake up, I always marvel at what God made me have, two sweet pet dogs. Milwaukee: Milwaukee city is one of the most beautiful and lovely city in the world. In addition, it remains as the largest city in the United States. One always marvels at the size of the city, but others marvel at what it offers. Located at a splendid scenic spot, close to Lake Michigan, many people always flock the city to enjoy the many activities and leisure activities it offers. In Milwaukee city, one could always marvel at the tall building and architecture designs instilled in their constructions. Furthermore, in being a city that operates round the clock, many get dazed at the marvelous city as it shifts from day and night. As night falls in this enormous city, on always get entangled by the beautiful lighting the city possesses giving the impression of a fairy tale. The city looks beautiful at night and many often glaze at its appearance from far. In offering a magnificent spot for tourism due to its strategic positioning at the Great Lake of Michigan, many flock this city in an attempt to squeeze the many leisure it offers. In being a diverse city holding quite a number of people of different races and cultures, quite a lot could be accomplished from visiting such a marvelous spot. People from different cultures and races are able to interact and enjoy the marvelous spots the city has to offer. The city of festivals is another title ascribed to this city and for a valid reason. Through out the summer the city hosts a number of festivals to celebrate heritages and cuisines such as, German Fest, Festa Italiana and summer fest. The infrastructure supports this city’s festivities most notably. For instance, there is the Henry Maier Festival Grounds which hosts the summer fest and the Cathedral Square Park which hosts jazz in the park. Milwaukee city is an artist’s dreams come true. Indeed this city is home to the worlds most renowned artists such as Les Paul who was master of the guitar and pianist Liberace. Most recently Milwaukee has seen new generation musicians such as Fall Out Boy famed for their ingenuity in the punk music category. Passion beauty and politics play a crucial role in life that is Milwaukee city. The vibrancy of the city supersedes the superficiality of structure.
