From this essay it is clear that extraversion is the state or act of being more concerned with what is outside than self so as to attain gratification which is characterized by more talkativeness and energetic behavior. Extravert is more interested in interactions with other people to express their character of talkativeness, assertiveness, happiness and companion. As an extravert one is often happy around other people and energized in activities that comprise of large gathering of people, either in parties, activities of a community, groups involved in politics and demonstrations and you feel very comfortable at that.As the discussion highlights that sensing deals with the perception of senses by examining tangible through touch, taste, sight or hearing. It is like a personality sorter that measures the psychological/natural preferences of a human being in four dichotomies. These preferences make a personality code of 16 different personality types. According to Myers (1993), “MBTI is extremely helpful and most widely used tool that enables the understanding of normal personality differences like self-understanding and development, team building, leadership, problem solving and organizational development, etcetera.” (p.17) The MBTI tool is useful to teams because it is based on the design that we all have distinctive gifts that are very unique to offer and challenges to overcome.
Stephen R Covey in his book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People suggests that to start the process of self improvement one should write down how he or she would like to be remembered after their death and then work to achieve that ideal.
In order to evaluate my learning style, I have used several analytical techniques in the report such as Myers-Briggs test, Belbin test and VARK test. In addition, I also used Honey and Mumford learning style
