A brief discussion of the each of the letters of the result has been given hereunder: ‘E’ that resembles extroversion reflects about an individual who follows the action first and then thinking over attitude in life. MBTI has helped me personally in pursuing an in-depth analysis of my behavior towards a particular situation. I usually jump into action first and then think about its repulsive outcome. In my normal life, I like to communicate with individuals and remain in group. Correspondingly, learning is acquired by me through my past experiences. In this context, all these features reflect about my extrovert characteristics. For instance, while working in my present organization once I was asked to organize a fest event for the employees working there. Without any prior decision-making procedure, I indulged in organizing the event. Before two days of the final event, I was having a conversation with my supervisor, when I came to know that the event was to be organized in the evening for 2 hours after the scheduled work time. This gave me a shock as I had arranged an orchestra group for the event and had made advanced payment as well. Thus, I was in a fuss with such an adverse outcome, where I was charged by my supervisor and also the orchestra group for miscommunication. This experience of mine reflects the extraversion features of mine (Eilerman, 2006). ‘S’ reflects sensing, I usually emphasize more on the facts and figures rather than depending upon intuition. Furthermore, I prefer reaching at conclusions after conducting in-depth analysis. This reflects the sensing personality of mine, which depicts one of the outcomes of the MBTI self-test report. This can be explained with a citation, when I was studying, I had been endowed with an intellectual project related to literature for my final term project work. I have applied secondary sources and scholarly journals to support my answers, which depicts sensing as my personality trait (Boyle, 1995). To be noted, pertaining to any decision making process considering me as the protagonist, I generally get swamped away with emotional feelings rather than judging the situation. This projected the characteristics of felling i.e. ‘F’ as one of my personality test outcomes. Furthermore, I prefer treating individuals on the grounds of fair treatment. For example, I stay in a joint family, where my own brother and my cousin receive equal treatment from me. I like sharing things with them (Boyle, 1995). Whenever, I am involved in any kind of situational analysis, I remain flexible. I prefer adapting the changes with an open mind. Furthermore, I feel greatly energized by intensive pressure on deadline basis. The above mentioned few characteristics of mine reflect the perceiving personality i.e. ‘P’. For instance, while working within an organization, an employee needs to remain open towards challenges and changes, which I apply in my working life (Boyle, 1995). List Three Strengths And Three Weaknesses Of This Particular Personality Profile And Provide A Rationale For Each In keeping with each of the outcomes of MBTI self-report, strengths and weaknesses are associated with it. My personality outcome i.e. ESFP is associated with strengths such as bold, practical and very observant. Whenever I face any critical situation, I accept the challenge and try to resolve it. With strengths as a part, it also brings about certain weaknesses, which include facets such as very sensitive, poor planner along with finding it difficult to keep proper focus. Thus, in parity with the concerned strengths and weaknesses, my personality outcome will assist in adapting any kind of changes as per the required situation (Eilerman, 2006; UTSA, 2004). Evaluate Why This Test Could Be A Valuable Tool For An Employer In the workplace, MBTI acts as an effective measurement tool for the employers. By applying such an advanced technique, the employers can easily evaluate the personality traits of the employees. The personality outcomes associated with the MBTI self-report will assist the employers in the selection of proper employees for the right position. This assessment tool will further assist the employer to improvise the working environment, which will ultimately result in the overall development of the organization. Correspondingly, by implementing this methodology, the employer can further foster team development by ensuring proper training and coaching strategies (Schieltz, 2013). Analyze How A Clinician May Use This Test As A Tool For Promoting Meaningful Interventions In Treatment Observational analysis has assisted in ascertaining that clinicians can clearly understand the preferences of the clients through MBTI test. In this context, this test would further assist the clinicians to build up a rapport with the client by applying non-pathological language in order to discuss the prevailing problem of the client. Furthermore, by implementing MBTI assessment tool, clinicians can obtain in-depth information along with therapeutic options that are available related to the treatment (SCCPA, 2013). Summarize What You Have Learned About Yourself Through This Exercise To sum up, it can be affirmed that by conducting the self-assessment test through MBTI, I have assessed myself on the basis of the personality outcome i.e. ESFP. In accordance with this particular personality trait, I have been able to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses. Consequently, I have learned about drawing a proper plan before conducting any project as well as to endure keen observation in order to sustain in the workplace amidst competitive global market.
