The implication is that these laws are made ti protect the prisoners and at the same time they are broken by the use of language to make the situation later than the normal conditions. There is knowledge gap that need to be addressed as early as possible in order to investigate And find out how the use of language contribute to the violation of human rights that are accepted internationally.
