Extract of sample "Limits to Right of Speech"

Although every person has the right to free speech, there are limitations of the words a person can utter before people especially in public places as some may be provocative.

A person has no authority or right to abuse another person in a public place regardless of the situation. Under the right to free speech, a person can say anything he or wishes at any place or situation provided that the language is inappropriate especially in public places. A person is under no means allowed to abuse another person in a public place. Abusing or defaming another person is against other human rights provided in the International Human Rights. A person should be mindful of other people and mostly the rights they also enjoy as it would be a criminal offense to deny them such rights. The use of inappropriate language or words in public places is against the law and thus a person using such language or words risks being caught. Abusing each other in public causes disturbance and by so doing, peace is breached and this the authorities to use any possible means such as arresting the culprits to ensure that peace is enhanced.
