Extract of sample "Working Style - Preferring Work in Teams"

I like to develop friends at work which is not possible when one is working alone.

Compared to working alone, tasks seem to be more difficult and hard to accomplish.  It also becomes a drag because it is boring.  I cannot imagine myself working myself with anyone to talk to or have fun with.  I might go crazy working by myself.  In addition, working alone does not afford any help from someone else and this makes any task difficult in addition to boring.

I am not a loner so I prefer working with teams.  Of course, I am aware that sometimes there are some clashes of personality but in the end, it can be resolved.  The benefits that can be had in working in teams far outweigh its drawback such as having clashes.  Work seems to be more fun and easier to accomplish when I work with people.
