To quit smoking, there are three steps to help break the chain of addiction: making the right preparations to quit, finding appropriate support, and learning new behaviors and skill sets.
Cigarette smoking is associated not only with diseases but also is a cause of many fatalities owing to the end stage diseases that can result due to this habit. It has analyzed that 46 million people residing in the United States are smokers and this leads to the death of 443,000 people in the United States every year.
