Conflicts are inevitable when we work in a group because the thoughts, opinions, and beliefs of the members of the group are bound to vary. The tendency of the group to achieve success fundamentally depends upon the group members’ dedication to the task and their utmost effort to avoid the dysfunctional conflicts and sustain mutual harmony in the group.
