Architecture has a distinct meaning where it can be viewed as a technological and scientific way of designing buildings as well as other non-building structures. It involves the methods and styles that apply to all types of constructions. It majors its activities on the physical and the building of structures. Construction is the putting or building of structures. Therefore the construction industry is a field whose activities entail building. The development sector is a broad field of work. It involves the development of infrastructure.

Besides the typical constructions, the works are done with the client identified. Collaboration is required in the construction of larger buildings across a range of disciplines. An architect's role is to manage the job. The design engineer, construction managers, and the development engineer are meant to carry out the supervision of the job. Effective planning is the starting point of success in the construction industry. After planning, financial estimation and design formation are necessary features in the building sector.

Putting up of bridges, railway lines, airstrips, houses, electric system, gas system, systems of water supply adds up to more than 15% of the world's output of services as well as goods. It also forms a high percent of the world's' domestic investment. Therefore, constructed and builder facilities have been of significant influence on the efficiency of the wide-ranged social and economic activities with the inclusion of the nation's productivity. The introduction of modern architecture is taking a long while to be completely implemented.

It's due to the diverse features, designs, and materials that have been created by different people. Also, different geographical areas have different lifestyles thus end up adopting different desires and needs. Different geographical grounds hold various types of constructions thus not all modern architectural designs, and features are suitable for everyone. The architects have to carry out the survey of the lands in the determination of the efficient designs applicable in the area. The first engineers tried to improve the kind of bridges that coexisted by modifying the raw materials.

The project onboard explains the origin of designer works. It is from the older construction that the research field had to try and modify the view of the world's look. The reasons behind the desire to introduce new architectural designs and features in the construction industry are also explained deeply. They are meant to solve the recurring problems in the industry as well as improve the looks of the lands. Besides, architectural designs help curb the effects of natural calamities like floods.

Some of the problems that the architects are determined to solve are the bad roads that were in the olden times, change of the building structures as a way of controlling the injuries that are common. Besides, the problem of inappropriate utilization of the land is an issue to solve where many infrastructures are supported. Therefore, several strategies as recorded in a documentary Henderson in the year 2010, pp. 12, have so far been handled by the architectures where the improvement of the already existing features are adjusted and the great designs introduced each feature or design implemented or added.

Some of the features which have been adopted as others got modification include the railway lines, the electricity system, the real estate, the gas system, the housing system among many other features. Therefore, the features have their advantages to the nations which include the improvement of the infrastructure, the development of the economy as well as the elaboration of the urban centers in the region. Besides, the introduction of real estate is one of the most fruitful goal that the construction industry has gained from as is in the design and features given by the architects.

The clarifications were documented by Knox in the year 2007, pp. 49.The positive outcomes are the primary key to the works done in the construction field. The introduction of architectural designs of Bridges. As the bridges that coexisted in the olden times were made of wood as the raw material, they could easily get work thus posed a danger to the lives of people. They could break anytime, and many of them could not hold heavy weights. Therefore they were not convenient for the people in the nation and world and as well.

As a result, research was carried out where the architecture department t came in to solve the problem and standardize the survival of the world. They came up with better quality raw materials which could last for long and could hold heavy weights. The raw materials include the use of hard building rocks from the river and the land, use of cement, use of durable metals too among others. The use of the raw materials led to the creation of job opportunities as well as improvement of the economy of the respective nation.

There didn't exist the cement production company. Therefore, a lot of labor was used do crush the limestone's and use them like glue. As a way of solving the problem, the minds of inventors and innovators got opened up thus the cement company was constructed. This is an example of what resulted from the introduction of the bridges. Besides, the other raw materials got are for their goods. The bridges that were constructed were high, utilized earth space as well as were efficient to the nation.

As the introduction was in progress, the architects realized that they could build bridges on top of buildings and other bridges as well. Therefore there were the currently called fly-overs which serve as foot-path to pedestrians and are constructed over busy roads. Advantages The modern bridges have been a remedy to the frequent accidents that were common on the busy streets, and pedestrians use the fly-over bridges as footpaths to go across the busy roads. It also solves the problem of loss of life when the old bridges got spoilt.

Besides, the currently and the new bridges can carry heavy weight thus the improvement in the transport field as well as the economic sphere. The long distance traders who went across rivers and valleys have been advantaged by the modern architectural plans, designs, and features. Disadvantages Use of weak materials in the construction of the bridges poses a significant risk to the lives of many. The bridge once overloaded may break easily thus the lives of those who used it was in danger. The architecture of electricity system The introduction of architectural works has been of great impact to the world in the voltage field.

There was no electricity in the olden times. The only energy sources were the use of solar energy and use of wooden energy as well.
