The fact above has been made possible through the application of the significant range of professionalism and business skills that also take accounts of externalized costs and services concerning eco-systems. The Resit project is a summary of scenario-based activities on the various stages of the projects reflecting the specific roles, disciplines, interactions, and collaborated professionals within each discipline or field of professionalism. However, this assignment looks into the schemes that work within the ethical values and standards in keeping up with the technological advancements as well as the public interest in addition to networking and professional collaborations. In this case, the collaborations sets in at from the construction level, tendering, procurement, and other project roles in the construction project processes. The awareness of the statutory and regulatory schemes involved in the construction industry governs the planning and professional practice under a continuous review.
