Extract of sample "Group Productivity"

The author is of the view the group productivity does not only crunch the efforts needed to do any tasks, but it also elevates the performance of the individuals because of the fact that there are a plethora of influencing factors injected in the individuals during the group work. The author says that if you are really looking to get the best out of any group, you have to lead from the front.  Elevate the quality of communication and try to read between the lines what the group member wants (Rasing, 2013).

My opinion is that there are always augmented responsibilities of the group leader but the group members also have to get the responsibility to work in order to deliver. There is always a volatile nature of people in a group so assess them before making any vital decision.
