Section A The organizational context of Margaret Beaufort School The is an academic organization in Riseley that comprises of the instructors, the guardians and the pupils. The environment depicts the people who make-up the population near the school as well as the economic activities around the school. The people determine the growth of the school and the behavior that the children get to develop. For instance, sale of drugs in the community that the school is a part of may become a negative influence. The children are a product of the community that surrounds them. The system, therefore, should be free from drugs and crime in order to create straight students who are ready to learn.
