Through the training that I will instill on my members of the team within the organizations, I will be in a position to improve their performance thus ensuring that the needs of children with disabilities are effectively met (Turnbull 23). One of the major aspects that have motivated me to pursue special education is my great passion to assist the disadvantaged members of the community as well as a strong advocate for kids with special needs.
